Looking for a unique way to explore the beauty of Waiheke Island? Wine tasting is a must-do activity, and what better time to experience it than during the enchanting evening hours?

Join us for a Sunset Wine & Dine Tour, where you will indulge in wine tasting amidst the picturesque vineyards of the Onetangi Valley. And that’s not all – you will also be treated to a gourmet 2-course dinner while taking in the mesmerizing views of the glittering Auckland skyline.

Itinerary:

 

  • Take the 3 PM ferry from Auckland to Waiheke. If you plan to stay on the island, we can arrange a pick-up from your accommodation, OR IF YOU WISH TO COME EARLIER NO PROBLEM WE WILL PICK YOU UP FROM WHEREVER YOU ARE.
  • At 4 PM, visit Stonyridge Vineyard in a picturesque valley surrounded by olive trees and colourful vines, with the aroma of the south of France. Taste some of the world-class wines, including the flagship wine Larose.
  • At 5 PM, head to Cable Bay Vineyards, an idyllic setting with spectacular views of Waitemata Harbour and Auckland city. Sip different varietals with an expert sommelier.
  • At 6 PM, indulge in a two-course dinner at Mudbrick’s The Archive or at The Oyster Inn, a charming restaurant by Josh Emmet.
  • We will drop you off at the Matiatia ferry terminal in time for the 8 PM ferry.

Inclusions:

  • Pick-up from either Waiheke accommodation or Matiatia/Kennedy ferry terminal.
  • A dedicated and knowledgeable tour guide who will provide entertaining and informative commentary throughout the journey.
  • Wine tastings at selected vineyards.
  • A 2-course dinner at a designated venue. Please note that any additional food and beverages will be at your own cost.
